Pre Project Detailed Consultation

The first step in your design journey is an ‘Allure consultation’. We will spend two hours on site (or virtual) discussing what you want from the space, any design challenges and getting to know one another. Consultations do not have a set structure as they are meant to be a collaborative and tailored discussion around your ideas. This is an opportunity to establish a style, go over the budget and take any necessary measurements if you not already got an architectural drawings.

Mood or Product Boards

We provide physical or digital visualisation boards which will express different aspects of the design and consists of images, colours, sample materials and pieces of text. It will endeavour to evoke the particular style or concept and give you an idea on what to expect at the initial stage of your brainstorming.

E-design

If you want expert help designing your space but wish to undertake all other aspects of the project, then an E-design may be perfect for you. This service will be performed completely online, and no matter where you live, Anna will be able to complete a bespoke design for your space, she will guide you through carefully selected individual aspects of your E-design such as colours, lighting, accessories etc.

Material Sourcing

Anna will look after all aspects of sourcing high quality products at a fair price. She has an established network of suppliers and contractors who may supplement your project. Where possible she will source materials sustainably.

Room Planning and Schedules

Room layout is one of the key ingredients to ensure your property functions and looks well. At this stage Anna would create a room/ property layout or use an existing drawing from your architect. Taking into account your Pre-Project consultation she will make any amendments to existing areas to make a space adaptable to your lifestyle, aesthetics and functionality.

Our full service ensures a stress free experience. Depending on the complexity of your project, Anna can coordinate the whole process from concept to completion. She will ensure all aspects of your project are planned for, coordinated and the final results achieved. She will liaise with your architects, suppliers and contractors so you experience a stress free time.

At the initial stage of your project, Anna will obtain information about you, your likes and dislikes. It is important she understands your vision and how you are going to use this space. This information enables her to create a mood board or online visualisation.
Allure produces designs to suit different budgets and we understand that your budget may evolve as the project progresses. The common denominator is that the budget must be realistic in order for the project to work. This means looking at the scope of what is involved, the style and level of finish you want and your timeframe’.
We will look at specific details of the design and create visualisations to help you see where the project is leading. Examples of that can be initial mood/product boards, followed by computer visualisation and specification of key finishes and materials. Anna won’t forget about the lighting too!
